Hi,

Has anyone come across these EMs ? They should be rich with antioxidants and minerals. Contains NAD, NMN, peptide, L-alanin and L-glutamin. Antioxidants are tocopherol, flavonoids, oryzanol, ubiquinone and lycopene.

Can it help IBD?

Cheers

Which microorganisms

Postby Jini Admin on Tue Nov 07, 2006 8:05 am

The question you want to ask is: WHICH microorganisms are they?

And then make sure they give you both the species and strain. Then you can go to pubmed and applied microbiology and research those specific microorganisms and see what the safety and efficacy record are.

I don't advise making yourself a guinea pig for the latest marketing ploy (unless your gut is strongly telling you to!). But if the new supplement is backed by solid research (not funded by the manufacturer) and has been around long enough to track side effects, contraindications, etc. then go ahead.
