Colostrum

Postby lkyr on Mon Apr 19, 2010 3:20 pm

Hi,
I'm new to this forum, and to Jini's protocols. I am 35 and have for the past couple of years been suffering from IBS with a tendency to diarrhea, I have hemorrhoids and an anal fissure. I would like to ask what you think about colostrum? Does it help the intestinal lining to heal? Is it a good supplement?
I've taken it a few times (in powder form) and it gives me an awful lot of stamina, I can exercise twice as much as normal. But do you think it's ok for the gut?
Thanks.
