The healthfood store near me doesn't carry Natrens because she said the

Each capsule provides 50 Billion active cultures from 10 different strains in a 'once a day' serving (30 billion active cultures of Bifidobacterium and 20 billion active cultures of Lactobacilli and Lactococcus).

It treats IBS, IBD, and Candida Albicans.

Does anyone have any suggestions and/or comments, before I switch from Natren's 3 powders
to the above capsule. It's only one capsule per day, so it's easier.
