raw milk

Postby lindsay on Sat Aug 15, 2009 1:09 pm

ok, so school is starting again for me, and i was thinking of making one of my meals like 3 or 4 glasses of raw milk. i can't decide between breakfast and dinner, they'd both save time.

would dinner be good because afterwards i will have soccer practice, and will be drinking a lot of water? wouldn't that be better than having food for dinner?

but i'm also thinking, does it make any difference as to when you go to the bathroom? because i'd like to go right after dinner and right after breakfast, and have no digestive problems in the day time. sometimes i can't go after dinner, so it's just breakfast. so i'm wondering what would happen if i had it for breakfast, and then went to school. i will be trying this and doing experimenting on my own, but i was wondering if anyone has any advice or reason behind why these things would work.

Thanks,
Lindsay
