Questions on Supplemments

Hey,

I have a few Questions.
1) I started taking Ferrasorb by thorne reasearch a little over a month ago because of a blood and Iron transfussion due to my low Iron and blood levels (because of a UC flare). I have been taking 3 pills a day and was wondering for how long should I supplement for? Should I stop when my Iron levels and hemoglobin are normal? Also, I am taking a multi vitamin supplement that has 45
mcg of vitamin B12 + the 3 Ferrasorb I am taking+ maybe B12 from food everyday = 945 mcg +
Is this too much vitamin B12? Can it injure my small or large intestines or decrease my ability to absorb Vitamin B12 in the future?

2) I am taking source natural L-glatamine 1/4=1 gram in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 gram at night mixed in with 1/3 cup Georges aloe to heal my intestinal lining. I Think if I take more I get constipated. Anyways how long should i supplement this for?

3) Last, what does Jini think about B12 shots? Does she have a protocol for them? Thanks.
