In that case, I'd return to phase 2 for a while, then try the step down to phase 3 again and see what happens.

Hi Darkangel

Thanks for reply.

I think I will go back onto phase 2 and see how I go.

Also I have tried to get onto "Joy of the Mountains" website so I could print out some information regarding their product but it has been under construction for quite some time now. Does anybody know why or is there another website for them.

Cheers

Hi Darkangel

Thanks for the websites - got the information I needed.

Well I waited a week after the probiotic enema and now I am on phase 2 of WOO since Saturday and can see some improvement as my bowel movements are starting to get a bit formed but coming in bits and pieces not nice and long like they are supposed to but I am noticing some little bits of blood on them (not alot tho) which maybe could be coming from a haemorrhoid or a tear as when I think I've finished it feels like there is more there but when I strain to pass anything there is nothing coming out - any ideas what this could mean ??

I also get a bit lightheaded and a bit fuzzy in the head after going sometimes too which I'm not sure is due to a bit of the herxheimer effect or not ?? it lasts for about 1/2hr or so but then it passes but sometimes I can also wake up like that too. As I have suffered with Vertigo a few times too which Jini told me can be due to viral infection and or inflammation.

I was reading about the Healing Implant Enema - do you think this would be a quick way of healing the sigmoid colon as I'm 90% sure that is where the inflammation is only because that was where it was when I had a flare in 2007 and had a sigmoidoscopy which showed up that I had about 40cm of it compared to 10cm back in 2004 (full colonoscopy) when I was first diagnosed with Colitis. I am using Fissureheal every now and then but I don't think it gets to the point where it should be.

I do have a question - I have read about this implant but it doesn't mention (or I've missed it and can't find it in the book) that you have to clear your bowels like when I done the probiotic enema - is this right ???

Any info greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Hi Darkangel

I had a chest x ray and thyroid ultrasound yesterday as I have had pain in the chest and it came back as having some mucous and some bronchitis on the lower lobes of the lung which is usually due to a viral infection as per what my doctor said. I also have 2 thyroid nodules which apparently is very common and nothing has to be done with them and he didn't give me anything for the bronchitis which is good as he said it is a viral infection and he said it usually just runs it course.

Anyhow, I took his advice on board but I know WOO is supposed to be good for bronchitis and mucous - what dosage would you suggest I use, I am currently on phase 2, should I ramp up the dosage to clear it faster ??

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated from anyone whoever has had bronchitis.

Cheers
Debbie
