Excess mucas

Hi guys i have crohns, but also i have alot of bm's which are just mucas sometimes its clear yelovy mucas other times it's brown thick mucas also i strain badly on the toilet when this happens what can i do to stop this i have about 20+ mucasy bm's a day and can't get out of the house.

Currently i'm taking probiotics, collidol silver and fish oil aswell as a multivitamin.

The medication i'm on is humira, mathatraxate

My diet is pretty simple no grains so i don't eat bread products, no pasta no sweets

I eat white rice chicken, fish , meat veggies not alot just mainly carrot avacado green beans and butternut squash thats all i can tolerate

I'm still working out what fruits i can tolerate 1 that i can tolerate is very ripe banana.

I thought fiber supplements were no good for people with crohn's as it can increase your bm's
