Suggested length of time on WOO

Postby Napoleon on Tue Apr 14, 2009 6:15 pm

I am going through the book and it is terrific so far - on page 70 right now.

I have been on Phase 1 of the WOO protocol since February; how long should I continue this phase? I still have all of the same symptoms; again they wax and wane with constipation, but I am wondering if I should be moving on to the next phase and go all out with higher dose probiotics to address the constipation.

In short, do you think I have been on the WOO long enough to kill the bad guys so I can now focus on major probiotics?
Thanks-
Napoleon

Hi, Napoleon.

Yes, at this point, I'd go ahead and move on to Phase Two.

If once you've done that, your symptoms worsen, think about moving back to Phase One...I'd take that as your body asking for more time on the earlier phase.

All the best,
Nicole
