candida also caused by too much insulin

Postby lindsay on Sat Feb 28, 2009 2:36 pm

i have candida. i was looking at stuff on the internet and found a lot of things that said candida was caused by too much insulin in the blood, so the sugar isn't carried out as well, so that sugar stays in your gut for the candida to feed off of it. i think that jini is right too though, i think i'm better off without eating fruit or sugar (and processed foods) it says a lot of people improve their candida by cutting fat out of their diet. i think i would like to try this. does anyone have any suggestions of what i can eat? i also know i shouldn't eat any yeast, dairy, or raw vegetables. (i have gas problems) i also have acne, but never cared about it compared to my bowel problems. i found that acne and candida are linked, though. i'm also not fat, but i would do anything to get rid of my candida and heal my ibs. what should i eat to keep my insulin low?

Thanks,
Lindsay
