What unusual ingredients do I need?

This forum was for people who undertook the IBD Remission Diet. What unusual ingredients do I need?

I bought the book about a week ago from amazon, but I need to wait another 4 weeks for shipping! I read a review that said that the ingredients you need are difficult to source, so can anyone give me a heads up on what I probably need so I can see if it's available in Australia? If I have to buy from OS, I may be looking at another 5 weeks of wait until the ingredients arrive. I'd really like to start ASAP.
