Bifido factor

Does Bifidus only help the large bowel? My large bowel was removed 4 years ago and due to a Crohn's flare I have been taking Oregano Oil, Megadophilus and Digestalac. This is only week 2 of starting the protocol, and I believe it's helping already.

Bifidobacteria are present throughout the intestinal tract, but in much, much larger numbers in the colon. So, it's possible that you woud still benefit by taking it even though you're colon has been removed, but likely that you'll get more benefit from acidophilus and bulgaricus. Best way to find out is to try it!

Best,
