Hello, I am currently on SC Diet for 3 months. I came across your website and am interested in the program. I will buy the book and read it. In the meantime can you tell me the difference between your program and SC Diet. Do you feel that your program will be more sucessful. How long can one expect the program to take to get to a symptom free state with expanded diet? Thanks in advance.
