Hi, Michael.

Well, either one is beneficial in restoring and healing the intestinal mucosa. If you only want to take one, I'd ask whether you also need something to help alleviate diarrhea. If you do, go with L-glutamine; if you don't, either one.

MucosaHeal also contains NAG.

One point to keep in mind: Remember that no supplement on its own, in my opinion, is going to do what a full-spectrum effort is going to accomplish. In other words, NAG and/or L-glutamine will be a help, but you also need to eradicate anything infectious, rebalance the gut flora, get sufficient rest, manage stress, etc. for the best results.

If what you are looking to do is help soothe and quiet the intestinal tract while you address those other things mentioned above, I'd recommend MucosaHeal and aloe vera juice over plain NAG.

Hope that helps!
Nicole

What if someone has Candida Albicans, and can't have Mucosal Heal, because of the suger? Can they take the NAG and the Aloe Vera Juice, and COQ10? Thanks
