I don't really know the answer for sure. I'll ask Jini to take a look at your post, too, in case she has input.
Anecdotally, my last employer's wife mentioned to me once that she had really dark under-eye circles, which in her case she thought was probably related to her ethnicity. She finally saw a health practitioner for other complaints (mainly sinus infections that wouldn't go away) who looked at her and suggested that she avoid all dairy and all fermented foods. She did eliminate these food items from her diet and lo and behold, her under-eye circles got much lighter.
Interestingly, on an anti-candida diet, you are asked to avoid dairy and fermented foods. Also, if I remember correctly, Natasha Trenev mentioned something about chronic sinus problems often having a candida component in the teleseminar she did with Jini. So could candida have something to do with the under-eye circles? Again, I really don't know, but it is interesting.
