Hi, darkangel.

Will you share a little more info and then I'll ask Jini to review your answers and comment, as well?

- What dosage are you taking and how many times per day?

- Are you taking the oregano oil on an empty stomach (at least 15 minutes before eating and at least 2 hours after eating) or with food?

- Are you taking the probiotics at bedtime? All three species? If so, what dosage?

- Are you following an anti-Candida diet, more or less, while taking the wild oregano oil?

I'll look for your answers and we'll go forward from there...

Take care,
Nicole

Re: Wild Oregano Oil not working?

Hi, darkangel.

Okay, the other thing I know Jini is going to mention/recommend is that you make sure to address any emotional issues, as well. That doesn't mean any huge major past trauma, necessarily; it can "just" be ongoing, day-to-day things. A job you hate. A commute that "takes it out of you" every day. A lifestyle with too many things on the to-do list with no let-up in sight. I'm not saying any of these are true of you, but only throwing out general examples that could be true for anyone. It's just something to keep in mind at the same time you're addressing the physical.

And I will ask Jini to check out this thread so she can share her thoughts about your experience so far on the Wild Oregano Protocol.

Take care,
Nicole

Here's what I'm thinking might work. Switch to:

- 10 drops of Joy of the Mountains wild oregano 3x/day on an empty stomach. Use the 'shoot to the back of the throat' method and follow with lots of water.

- stop taking the Custom Probiotics. Only take one Healthy Trinity capsule before bed.

- immediately start EFT for all the things in your life that disturb you or aggravate you or cause you stress of any kind.

Let us know how that works,
Jini

Hi, darkangel.

Natasha's dosage recommendations are based on taking probiotics only (as opposed to taking both an antimicrobial *and* a probiotic supplement). The idea during Phase One is to take enough probiotics to keep your good gut flora from being reduced while you're addressing anything pathogenic. The probiotics you take at this time also support the action of the Wild Oregano Oil.

It is during the time on Phase Two that you're still taking Wild Oregano Oil to keep anything pathogenic from re-populating while you simultaneously ramp the probiotic dosage up sharply.
So yes, the recommendation to cut back on your current probiotic dosage is a temporary one.

Here's a website with a directory of EFT practitioners. Use your own judgment, but I would recommend searching by Practitioner Specialty first, rather than by Geographic Location first. Most EFT practitioners will work over the phone and in my opinion, you're better served by having someone with a great deal of experience in the specific area you're looking for help with, even if that means you're not doing sessions in person, rather than limiting yourself geographically.

Hope that helps!

Do let us know how it goes with the liquid WOO, too, please.

Glad to hear you're already feeling some improvement!
