Dissolving the Lifestart II Powder---help!

Postby karoe on Fri Apr 25, 2008 12:50 pm

I've never had any trouble with the other powdered probiotics from Natren, but the Lifestart clumps up in room temperature water. I tried it with warm tea and it's better, but then I'm afraid of killing the bacteria. Any hints? Put it in a capsule :?:

Please forgive me if I have misunderstood your post.

Do you know that LifeStart2 is already available in capsules?

Thanks, e, for your comment... I've taken to filling gel caps with the powder. I think I waste a lot less and it's more palatable.

Hi Karoe-

I've been using LFII for over a year now and it will not mix well, no matter what you do. I have just mixed it the best possible; too bad, it tastes really good. Filling capsules is a pain, but whatever works!

Hope it is helping you!
