Just back from a family vacation today. Answering this post as it's an easy one and will be back tomorrow for the others.

Okay, each capsule equals five drops of the liquid oil of oregano.

You can take the capsules (or the drops for that matter) with food if you find that it is easier to take that way, but ideally, take it on an empty stomach for most efficient absorption.

Hope that helps!

Hi, darkangel.

Following is a post Jini made in answer to a question about having the oil of oregano "repeat". That may be of interest/helpful. (If you don't want to read the entire discussion thread, Jini's post is at the end.)

Yes, this early on the sore spots can definitely be one of the uncomfortable side effects of cleansing/detox. If you don't see improvement/alleviation within a couple of weeks (at the outside), lets look into it further.

Take care. I always enjoy your posts and your willingness to reach out and be of support to others!

I also was finding it hard to take the WOO because of the hot/spicy taste. I was shooting it to the back of my throat but would occasionally get a drop or two on my tongue. I wished I would have ordered the capsules, but I didn't want to waste the liquid and really wanted to use Joy of the Mountains brand since Jini reccomendeds it as her first choice, so I got to thinking.....what if I put the 10 drops into one of the empty CoQ10 cellulose capsules I had been emptying out and putting in my shakes????? I started saving the empty cellulose capsules and have been doing it this way for about 2 weeks now. I wait 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes before taking my next shake, just to make sure I am giving the capsule extra time to dissolve and release the WOO into my system. I am coming to the end of my elemental diet and I won't be using as many CoQ10 capsules a day....I am sure if I googled "cellulose capsules" I would be able to find a way to purchase empty ones so that I could continue using the Joy of the Mountains brand WOO. Just thought I would share and maybe this would work for someone else too :)
