Magnesium citramate

Postby Penny Green on Sun Aug 22, 2010 8:28 am

Hi there,
We have tried to get magnesium and potassium citrate unsuccessfully to treat constipation.
But we accidently bought Magnesium citramate.
It has magnesium citrate-malate 150 mg and malic acid 300 mg per capsule.
Can you tell me if this is useful in the same way as manesium citrate is?
I know we can order from you, and because we are in Australia, it seems crazy. Just using Senna short term at the moment. Our Therapeutic Goods Authority is very restrictive as you may have heard!
Best wishes,
Penny and Steven :)
