cat

ok, so my cat was having problems a few years ago with going to the bathroom. both of my cats eat canned food (that is processed and had fiber(which i know is bad for cats) in it. the vet even said the fiber was bad for my cat, but gave us the food. i think my cat is taking some kind of laxative every day and i really want to get her off of it, she also pukes a lot. i told myself i would heal my cat after i healed myself and got my life back on track, and now i have. i'm only 14 though, so i need some persuasive information for my mom, to change their diet. i was wondering what kind of organic meats it would be best to start my cat on etc. we also have raw cheese and raw milk. and i was wondering what we can do to make it so that she can go to the bathroom without a laxative.

Thanks!
