ok so this is a really weird question but i think it will help me a lot. so i heard if you want to completely get all of your poop out (which is something i have a problem with) you're supposed to rotate your body around when you're sitting on the toilet either clockwise or counterclockwise, but i can't remember which one. i know about the colonic massage but i would like to do this too. so does anyone know?

Thanks,
Lindsay

Colonic massage would be more effective. Basically, you just massage with the heel of your hand up, across and down the colon area, starting on the lower right and working around to the lower left in a counter-clockwise motion.
