Postby lindsay on Mon Mar 02, 2009 11:57 pm

a lot of websites i've been to suggest taking certain enzymes to help digestion and help kill off candida etc. is it good to take enzymes or not? i know beano wouldn't be good, but would other enzymes? because i think they would help me. i did a ph test on my spit and the results showed it didn't have enough enzymes in it. should i take enzymes?

Thanks,
Lindsay

I would buy some from my local health food store and tried them. My naturalpathic doctor said he like them for me. I use a brand called NOW.

Good Luck!

Yes, digestive enzymes can be very helpful. Make sure you get a quality brand.
