just wondering about this. i probably don't have it but i can't find any good info on it. lately i've just been waking up at 1 am and can't go back to sleep. then i get really tired in the day. i've never had sleeping problems before. i noticed today that i was having to pee constantly when i woke up and i drank a ton of water yesterday. i'm wondering if drinking all the water is keeping me awake at night because it doesn't happen unless i'm at home, and when i'm at home i drink more water. just wondering what anybody thinks aboout this (also i have ibs, i have too poop all the time)

Thanks,
Lindsay
