weird burping inside mouth

Postby lindsay on Wed Jun 10, 2009 6:47 pm

for a long time now, i've had this weird burping thing that happens inside my mouth, so i'm not sure if it's really burping. it always happens whenever i swallow, whether i swallow food or not. sometimes it just happens for no reason. i don't have a lot of upper gi problems, it's more lower, but i'm wondering if anyone has heard of this and if it means anything

Thanks,
Lindsay

Relaxing and eating slowly, not chewing gum and avoiding sodas are a few things that can help.

ok thanks, i'll try to relax more and eat more slowly, but i have been eating pretty slow and chewing well, guess i could do better though. i have drank pop only a few times in my life, and not at all in the last few years, i also never chew gum.

Thanks,
Lindsay
