proctitis and syringing WOO

Postby Napoleon on Tue May 05, 2009 8:15 pm

I have been syringing using the new dilution -- I was really shooting the works before. Ha!

I feel better using the WOO than with anything else I have tried so far. Like I have said before, I am just trying to heal this out of the way place and it is tough to do! I get a complete reduction in the pain/burning/swollen feeling and it seems that the mucus is greatly reduced. What does seem to increase is the bright red blood and that seems to be coming from the very very low rectum. Could this be significant? Is this common, or do you have any idea of what could be going on here?

I have an external hemhorroid, but that is not the problem here; it is the proctitis.

I am following this next to nothing elimination/allergy diet right now; very sick of it. I just don't know if anything regarding this diet is a problem.

The problem is getting healing to the rectum which seems to be very out of the way and hard to get at with supplements.

I thank you for getting me to the WOO and to the probiotic retention enema. The retention enema eliminated the constipation that started while on this restricted diet and completely aggravated my rectum. -- A real pain in the ass this whole thing is. Ha!

Anyway, if you are so inclined, you should put a healing proctitis section in your book that would include the WOO syringing and the constipation elimination because the information you have given me here is 100% better than the advice I have gotten from my GI and naturopath (neither of whom have ever personally had to heal themselves of the condition).

Thanks!

Hi, Leon.

It is a difficult place to "reach" with any kind of oral supplement.

I don't see any problem with finishing out the MucosaHeal...I just wouldn't order any more.

Syringing wild oregano oil into the rectum or into a fistula is still a "young" protocol, so it's too early to answer your question about whether the bleeding is common. That said, you're the first person to mention this happening.

Just a question on timing: Were you able to wait a week before resuming the syringing protocol at a lower concentration of wild oregano oil to olive oil? The other thing you might try is the DMSO/potassium iodide suppositories Jini mentioned in a different post. Have you already received the log-in information for the new website? If so, log in, click on "Jini Patel Thompson" and it will bring up a list of all of the articles Jini has published in Good Health is Real Wealth...that will be a quick way to find the information.

I'm glad that the protocols are giving you some relief, though! And that is a great suggestion to include a section specifically on proctitis next time Listen to Your Gut is updated.

All the best,
Nicole
