WOO dilution

Postby Napoleon on Fri Apr 24, 2009 1:01 pm

Hi-

I am using the WOO topically on/in my rectum - both rubbing it on during the day and syringing at night -- I can stand the WOO without much dilution. It is a strong burn, but I don't mind it.
Am I hurting myself by using a very undiluted WOO topically on my rectum?

I ask because I have a lot of bright red blood and pain from my rectum lately and I don't know if it is from too strong of WOO application, or if something else is going on and the WOO is just what I need to help it.

Thanks-
Napoleon

As long as you're using one of the brands that Jini recommends (which are already diluted to the proper degree for oral ingestion), then no problem using that without further dilution.

You're correct that the recommended dilution is mainly for comfort.

The majority of people are fine with wild oregano oil, but once in awhile someone is sensitive to it (just as the occasional person is sensitive to strawberries or olives, for instance, although most of us can eat them). So you just have to follow your body's lead in figuring out the bleeding and whether there's any connection to the wild oregano oil you're using - the only way to know is to test and re-test things in a controlled way. You can also play with the dilution a bit to see if that makes any difference; that may give you a clue.

All the best,
Nicole
