When to stop Phase 1 of WOO

Postby Lindy on Thu Mar 12, 2009 3:52 am

I am seeing great results from Phase 1 of WOO. I have been on Phase 1 for almost two weeks.
When do I know it is time to go to Phase 2? I am having such great results, should I stay on Phase 1 for another week or two, or should I go right on to Phase 2?
Thanks,
Lindy

Well, I have had noticable problems for about a year and a half, so I will stay on the WOO for a few more weeks.
I think that the probiotic enema will really help, therefore I am anxious to move along with the protocol.
Thanks,
Lindy
