Steaming foods

Postby Lindy on Fri Feb 27, 2009 6:00 pm

Hi-

I see that Jini is advising against using a microwave to cook foods.

I would like a alternative to baking sweet potatoes/potatoes/carrots etc. for the stop intestinal bleeding diet.
Would steaming these vegetables maintain their integrity?

Thanks,
Lindy
