rice cheese as a substitute

Has anyone tried rice cheese? I have avoided normal cheese because it causes constipation and gas in me. Would rice cheese do that?

Hi, Lindsay.

The only way to know for sure is to try it. :)

We're all different as far as what triggers symptoms in us.

A good starting place to get guidelines for foods that are generally well-tolerated by most people is the Minimize Gas & Bloating Diet, which you can find in Listen to Your Gut.

Hope that helps!
