I'm constiapted right now, but I still have gas and bowel movements all day long. Only a tiny bit comes out each time, though. Are there supplements I should take, and what foods should I eat? I would like to get on a regular schedule of one bowel movement early in the morning (which is a time I usaually have to go) anky advice? Also, does anyone have any tips on how to sit through school, like what they eat etc.?
