Aloe Vera timing

I just bought the George's Aloe Vera today.

I have used AVJ in the past and would drink 8oz. one time per day.

Per Jini's book, it seems that I should be drinking 1/4 cup, 3 times daily.

Can I drink the servings any time in the day? Does it interact with other supplements?
