Question about program

Postby bobbyhahn on Mon Oct 27, 2008 5:32 pm

I posted on the products page and woder if it was the wrong place since I have had no reply. I have UC and have been following the SC Diet for three months. I am in good shape with nly minor symptoms but I feel like I can maximize what I am doing to dgo the extra step to remove all symptoms and have a expanded diet. Can you give me a little info on the plan and how it differs from SC Diet. What do you think seperates this from SC Diet and do you have any recommendations for me since many of the recommendtions of this protocol would be illegal on SC Diet. Thanks in advance.

THanks for your response.

Since I have had some sucess on SCD it is hard to move against it and try something different for fear that the problem would get worse and the time spent to get better lost. Alot of the supplements and protocols would be illegal on SCD. Do you have any recommendations for somebody looking to expand past SCD with the LTYG recommendations. Are there people out there that have done SCD and then moved to LTYG with better sucess?

Thanks for your response. What things do you feel you were able to tolerate in your diet that was not allowed on SCD? I am trying to take the steps to expand my diet, what would you recommend I add in first? I am still waiting for the LTYG book to arrive. How long is it typically before someone gets symptom free on the LTYG Protocol.

What supplements things would you recommend for someone with mild to moderate UC of 5 months diagnosis. One loose BM a day. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all your insight, it is noce to hear. I am so overwelmed with all the options out there where everybody claims to have to best protocol. Are you familiar with Dr Dahlman? If so what do you think of it in comparision to LTYG. I get the LTYG book this week and am eager to read it and see if the protocols work for me. I am doing really well on my own management and am excited about the possibility to gain the additional 15% I am looking for to get back to normal. I do travel alot for work, what do you recommend to do to stay in compliance with the LTYG Protocols? Thanks again

Thanks, once i get the book I will pick the proper protocol. What do you know about FOS? I was taking a probiotic with FOS in it from Metagenics. Now I understand that FOS might not be good for us?

Since I am at a point of 85 to 90 symptom free and I want to start the natren products, what do you recommend? Can I take 1 to 2 healthy trinity pills since they contain all the same species of the three seperates?
