A quick note: something else I noticed was that I got "taste fatigue" from consuming just plain milk, pretty quickly.

So, as with a conventional elemental diet, you can add some flavorings to the milk, as long as the flavorings are elemental.

These are in a base of gum acacia, rather than alcohol. But it is not the fibrous part of gum acacia, just the resin. So, especially in small amounts like this, it is fine.

If you need additional sweetener, then use stevia.
