I understand from some feedback, that some of you are wary of trying this protocol due to a 'fear of milk'.
This is perfectly understandable, since anyone with IBD or IBS has learned that pasteurized dairy products are NOT good! And usually exacerbate symptoms.
If this is your dilemma, then a good place to start is with raw cheddar. This is well tolerated by most people with digestive diseases and so is a good way to start undoing the "milk is bad" gut feeling that so many of us have.
