If you just need to talk with someone who has it

This forum was for people who undertook the IBD Remission Diet. It was active for 4 years, so there is a huge body of support and advice here that you can search and find the answers to your questions. Remember, whatever you're going through, someone has likely already posted a question about it and the answer is here - just use the SEARCH function.

Jini is the expert here and knows her stuff but i have a great place where you can go to just talk to somone and vent and get a response in the same day. Maybe you just need support in some way or parents need support but you dont have time for a therapist and such if you are interested email me at my personal email pfundt8@hotmail.com the more the better thank you.
I want everyone to know this is just the beginning. This is going to be expanded in the near future so everyone that needs help in anyway parents, children, anyone will be able to go to a site and get a response right away or even talk to someone that night.
