Go to this link for an interview with an FDA representative from 2000-- it's from an FDA publication. They are letting this whole bio engineered food thing slide right in and someday, maybe soon, we won't have any choice when we buy our food. Already, 50% of the soybean crop (according to article, and speaker seems proud of it!) is genetically modified.
