BOOK RECOMMENDATION

I am reading a book that might benefit some folks...awkward title, but actually quite true:

'FEELING BURIED ALIVE NEVER DIE'

You can find it on Amazon, Borders, etc. I have not gotten to the affirmation part of it yet, but it may be very much along the same lines as EFT. I have done alot of reading in this area (belief systems, etc.) and this one, though a little wierd, has some points that have really resonated with me. Different writing or ways of stating things speaks to us in different ways, so maybe this will help someone along thier way.

my best to all,
Susan

Hey, thanks, Susan - sounds interesting.

I'm going to see if my library has a copy.
