This therapy is presently in a large phase 3B study comparing the triple therapy to placebo. It is being conducted in Canada and the U.S.A.I believe the phase 2 and 3 studies showed a sucess rate in the mid 70% level this is very good when you consider Remicade has a sucess rate in the mid 30% range. The more recent results should do better following an adjustment in dosages.Early testing was conducted only on the most severe cases.
