Okay, so here's another good one and very nutrient dense:
1 cup organic rice milk
1 very ripened banana (black is ideal - means it's "predigested")
2 whole organic raw eggs
raw honey or stevia only if needed, to taste
Puree in a blender on low speed, then pour into a glass (add ice if you wish).
Again, you absolutely cannot tell there's eggs in here - it does not thicken the liquid, or anything.
* You can also add a Calcium capsule/powder to this shake if desired.
