The certified organic apple juice I have found has sediment is that ok?
What type of herbal teas are ok for the digestive system?

Are you on the IBD Remission Diet? If so, then no, sediment is not okay.

Otherwise, yes, sediment is fine.

Good teas are green tea, raspberry leaf tea and anything else that feels good to you.
