Mucosaheal and Probiotics at same time?

Postby butterfly7483 on Wed May 23, 2007 1:42 am

Can both the Mucosaheal and Probiotics be taken at the same time right before bed?

Thanks,
Cristina

No, you can't.

You can take MucosaHeal and George's Aloe Vera and L-Glutamine together.

But the probiotics must be taken by themselves.

take care,
Jini

Ok, thank you. What about taking iron, mucosaheal, aloe vera juice and oregano all at the same time in the morning. Should the oil be taken away from everything else?

I apologize again for all of the questions.

You know that's an interesting question, because, technically, yes, you can take all those things together at once.

But somehow, I (and it seems you) have an intuition to take the oregano oil separately if possible.

Well, go with your gut.....and also what's possible to fit in to your supplement schedule.

ps. don't worry about the questions, that's what the Forums are for!

take care,

Thanks Jini,

I haven't started the oil yet because I have a sore in the back of my throat right now and I'm afraid of it burning a lot but I have taken the other things all at the same time and seem to do well and it cuts down any nausea from the iron because my stomach isn't completely empty when I take it, it has aloe vera and mucosaheal too hehe.

I am just more likely to take my supplements if I do as much as I can when I get up so it's over with. But I have been taking the bifidius before bed in yogurt. And when I do start the oregano I will try to take that seperately too.

Thanks again!

You might want to try diluting the wild oregano - 15:1 with olive oil (15 drops of olive oil for 1 drop of wild oregano) and then taking that first to see if it helps heal the sore in your throat - I suspect it will.

And at that dilution, it will not harm it in any way - it's fine even for babies at that strength - used it on mine when he got a mouth infection.

take care,
Jini

Thanks Jini

I've actually managed to be able to shoot about 3 drops in the back of my throat and then quickly drink something after. I started slowly with 1 drop, then 2 and now 3. I think it has helped my throat a bit!
