Feeling weak and worn out on week 3

Postby Erin on Wed May 23, 2007 8:09 pm

Hi everyone,

I just started week three of the remission diet and am feeling pretty run down and tired, not to mention kind of fuzzy brained and unmotivated. I am adding iron to my shakes, the prenatal multivitamin, and a tablespoon of udo's. Also I drink 3 packets of Emergen-c and have a cup of tea (fennugreek) daily, and a few of the yummy-bears to chew on. I just stopped adding CoQ10 and grapeseed to my shakes because I ran out and figured that wasn't something I needed in the long run. Do those contribute to boosting energy? Has anyone else experienced this? I also just took myself off of birth control and am wondering if maybe this whole ordeal is hormone related. Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated!!

Hi Erin,

Yes, it could certainly be hormone-related.

Also, it could be gut flora related, so start the Wild Oregano Oil Protocol now, if you haven't already.

If you've already done the Wild Oregano Oil Protocol, then increase your probiotic dosage.

Also, keep in mind that pre-digested/elemental nutrients go straight into your bloodstream - within 20 minutes. So unless you're lying down and resting a lot, yes, you're going to feel pretty darn tired!

take care,
Jini

Also, one more thing, yes, you do need the grapeseed and CoQ10. Go back and re-read what each does and why they're recommended.

I take CoQ10 and Pynogenol ongoing since they provide so many benefits.
