Does anyone know of a good brand of Aloe Vera Juice in Melbourne Australia that might be similar to Georges Always Active?

hi vicki,

when i was looking for aloe vera juice i just looked for juice that doesnt contain allantoin (the outer leaf of the aloe plant) as this can cause diarrhoea. there are plenty of juices available that contain only the inner leaf gel. thats what you want.

is there a health food provider near you that you know and trust? that might be the best place to start really...

Hi Vicki

I haven;t been able to find George's Aloe Vera Juice in Melburne either but am planning to check out the great health food shop in Smith St - can't remember its name but next to Soul Food. In the mean time I have been using LifeStream which is widely availble (and says it only inludes the inner gel which doesn't have the laxative effect.)

Cheers

Hi Vicki,

I found Georges Aloe Vera in a shop in St. Kilda, a year ago. I am not from Melbourne, but i visit my in-laws there a lot. I can't remember the name of the health food shop on that street...but if you check them out (i think there are 3 shops on that street), you should fine it.

Good luck,
Michelle

P.S. if you find it, can you let me know the name of the shop....for future reference. cheers.

No George's Distributor in Aussie

Postby Jini Admin on Sat Nov 11, 2006 12:20 am

Hi, I emailed George's directly and unfortunately they confirmed that no, they do not have a distributor for George's "Always Active" Aloe Vera Juice in Australia.

You can always order it from:

http://www.HolisticHealthShoppe.com

and have it shipped to you from the US. If you email: HHshoppe@caramal.com you can get a quote first for how much the shipping will cost you.

hope that helps,
Jini
