PROBIOTICS

Postby starfire on Mon Apr 09, 2007 2:28 pm

Good day
I have been taking the 3 different Natrin Probiotics in powder dairy form
since Jan 07 once a day. Is it just as good to start taking the Natren Trinity capsules now? My bowel movements are between very loose movements, constipation and some regular movements.
Thank you,
Bill

Hi, Bill.

If you're having three or less bowel movements per day, on average, go ahead and switch to the Healthy Trinity if you prefer. But if you're having more than three bowel movements daily, it would be a better idea to stick with the powders, so that you won't have to be concerned about whether the capsules would have sufficient time in the digestive tract to break down and disperse completely.
